Saylor questions Bitcoin’s $60K pullback, BTC ETF options, and more: Hodler’s Digest, Nov. 10 – 16
Michael Saylor, the founder of MicroStrategy, is feeling confident about the future of Bitcoin. He recently stated that he doesn’t believe Bitcoin will drop back to $60,000 anytime soon. Currently, the cryptocurrency is trading at around $87,790 according to CoinMarketCap.
Saylor expressed his optimism during an interview with CNBC on November 14, mentioning that he is already planning a party for when Bitcoin hits $100,000. He believes that Bitcoin will continue to rise, especially after Donald Trump’s win, which has provided clarity for the cryptocurrency landscape in the United States.
In other news, the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York (SDNY) is expected to scale back on crypto-related cases. Scott Hartman, co-chief of the Securities and Commodities Fraud Task Force at SDNY, mentioned that there won’t be as many cases involving cryptocurrency crimes in the future.
Additionally, VanEck, an investment manager, is predicting that Bitcoin will reach $180,000 sometime next year. Mattew Sigel, VanEck’s head of digital assets research, believes that Bitcoin is just getting started and will continue to hit all-time highs over the next two quarters.
Furthermore, the CFTC has issued a notice that paves the way for spot Bitcoin exchange-traded fund (ETF) options. Analysts believe that these products could be listed soon, with expectations that it could have a significant impact on Bitcoin’s price.

On the other hand, Monero (XMR), Aave (AAVE), and Celestia (TIA) were among the top altcoin losers of the week.
